This Foilone Pegasus Preorder Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you”), the individual or entity placing a deposit, and Foilone Oy, a Finnish limited liability company (“Foilone”).

For purposes of this agreement Foilone Pegasus means the vehicle model(s), that may be offered by Foilone to you. Deposit means your payment of EUR 1.000 to Foilone to claim a position on the waitlist, as defined below, for a Foilone Pegasus.
By submitting a refundable deposit of 1,000€, you are expressing your interest in reserving a build slot for the Pegasus hydrofoil. This deposit secures a position on the Waitlist, but does not constitute a binding agreement to purchase the product.
The deposit is fully refundable at any time and for any reason, until a binding Purchase Agreement is signed. You may cancel your preorder by contacting Foilone at mathias@foil.one, and your deposit will be refunded without undue delay.
This Agreement does not obligate you to purchase a Pegasus, nor does it obligate Foilone to produce or deliver one. Production may proceed only if Foilone chooses to move forward at its sole discretion.
If Foilone does not proceed with production, all deposits will be refunded in full.
If Foilone decides to proceed with production, you will be invited to confirm your interest and enter into a binding Purchase Agreement. At that point, your deposit may be applied to the purchase price.
This Agreement does not guarantee pricing, specifications, production timeline, or delivery of the Pegasus. All such details will be clarified in the Purchase Agreement, if and when one is offered.
This Agreement is governed by Finnish law.
